AMDACCO Business Technologies, LLC offers its customers maintenance programs where all necessary inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs are performed at your facility. Customers can typically expect their systems to be repaired within one day from the time an problematic condition is reported. This program increases productivity and eliminates needless down time or delay by forcing the customer to ship their system in for repair.
"OFF-LOCATION" Maintenance
Customers may be able to choose this maintenance program for devices and/or systems that have little or no impact to the daily operations. This program requires the customer to ship defective equipment to AMDACCO Business Technologies, LLC for inspection and an estimate for repair will be sent to appropriate contact person. The typical repair or turn around time is 5-7 days from the time item is received. Express repair service with expedited or overnight shipping options are available for this program. "TELE-MAINTENANCE"
Our experienced and courteous support staff can be contacted by phone to help you diagnose or recover from most conditions. The tools and utilities built into many of our systems allow us to make minor adjustments and help you resume operations very quickly. This service is included with all "ON-LOCATION" programs as an added benefit.
